Quite simply, this has been the best stay we've had during our frenetic trip to India. Phaskowa has been a welcome oasis of calm amid the heat and general noise and frenzy. From start to finish we've received 7 star service, Manoj has been a wonderful and accomplished host; nothing has been too much trouble. The various requests we've made have been met with a smile and all expectations exceeded. I would recommend Phaskowa Tea Estate to anyone with full knowledge that they won't be disappointed. We'll be back!
An amazing stay, where nothing has been too much trouble. Our only regret has been we can't stay for longer. It has been a most excellent adventure and the highlight of our holiday. Many, many thanks for looking after us so well.

This is the 1st time my husband and I visited a Tea Estate - It is an experience we will never forget ! Phaskowa has to be Heaven on Earth !! The views , the food, the rooms ,the bungalow, the factory everything - is more than I could have ever expected anywhere on earth! Thank you to Mr. Manoj for this enjoyable experience. The passion you have for tea, your land, the people that work here is so infectious - I have never learnt more about tea in my life. I will always think about the ten million people behind one cup of tea !!! I also cannot forget to thank the wonderful Mr. Sanjay for his help, he is so humble, it is evident he is a great man. Also thanks to Kaushal and the many others who were always there for us !! They make the Phaskowa Tea Estate unique from any other place !!!

A very successful and enjoyable end to 3 weeks filming the butterflies of the Himalaya, Buxa Reserves to be better known at the Phaskowa Tea Estate which is an excellent and very hospitable house to have one's base as temporary home. Warmest thanks to Manoj and all the staff for their kindness and warm welcome. We hope the T.E. dancers enjoyed the dance evening as much as we did - a truly memorable and beautiful event which we will long remember. Good luck for the future, Manoj.

With
a stunning backdrop of nature, this 'tea-sort' is
hospitality at its best! We will never forget 'Manoj the
miracle man' - who took so much trouble to entertain us.
I will be here again - may be very soon - and will recommend
it to all my friends.
And last but not the least, our little daughter Jini has
realised here how beautiful is her country!! |

Honestly,
staying in Delhi, tea tourism is something I picked up
off the NET and got introduced through a tour operator.
This place has got to be felt! Feel the warmth of the
people, feel the wealth of nature, feel its elements and
above all feel the scent of tea. |

What
a pleasant and welcome surprise to find a clean, quiet,
hospitable place after the frightful experience over the
past week in Gangtok and Jaldapara. Not only is Phaskowa
Resort the cleanest place I have visited in Bengal, it
is the only place which offers all the facilities a
tourist needs to make the stay comfortable and
relaxing... The last surprise was a guided tour of the
tea factory and the estate by the Director himself. A
definite "will come back and recommend". |
